• Lesson Transcripts: The full text transcript of online lessons, which includes the voice data of all participants (tutors and learners).

• A parent or legal guardian must create an account and provide consent for the collection and processing of their learner's data. This consent is formalized when a parent accepts a tutor's invitation and creates an account.
• We process learner data, including their voice data from lesson transcripts, solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service as described in this policy.

9. International Users

If you are accessing the Service from outside Nigeria, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Nigeria and other countries. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
